Shipping policy.

Processing times are usually between 1-3 days. Shipping to Australia usually takes between 4-5 days, with standard post at $10 or 2-4 days with express post at $15. These times may be longer in busy periods like Christmas. Shipping does not include processing time. Please keep this in mind when ordering.

Returns and refund policy

At The Bam Boutique, every piece is handmade with care and attention to detail. Because of the nature of handmade products, slight variations in colour, pattern, or size may occur—this is part of what makes each item unique.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases. Please choose carefully before placing your order.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, we are happy to offer a refund, exchange, or store credit. To arrange this, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:

Clear photos of the item

Once we have reviewed your request, we will provide instructions for returning the product (if required).

Conditions:

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and in their original packaging.

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

We are unable to cover return shipping costs.
