At The Bam Boutique, every piece is handmade with care and attention to detail. Because of the nature of handmade products, slight variations in colour, pattern, or size may occur—this is part of what makes each item unique.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases. Please choose carefully before placing your order.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, we are happy to offer a refund, exchange, or store credit. To arrange this, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:

A description of the fault

Clear photos of the item


Once we have reviewed your request, we will provide instructions for returning the product (if required).

Conditions

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and in their original packaging.

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

We are unable to cover return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed faulty.
